Our goal is to produce high quality decoration and streamline the process to remove stress from you by providing customer friendly proofs for resellers and a tracking system for your orders on request. Once set up you will be able to view and monitor any of your orders from when you submit your PO to us, to garment arrival, to decoration and even shipping and tracking information. No need to worry, "Is my order in production?", "What is the status?".
We want to provide excellent customer service, and a great product. We believe that it all starts with a friendly team of employees empowered with years of experience to help answer any and all questions you may have about our process. If you are new to the industry, it may be a little overwhelming with all of the information you need or types of files to complete an order. We are here to help.
Francisco and Patrick had a vision that they could do decoration better and provide people what they want, high quality embroidery for a reasonable price. Now, they have perfected the process, with product out the door in about two weeks from date of arrival.
They started out working together for an embroidery company with family. Francisco worked as an operator and learned a lot about embroidery machines. He became proficient at running and completing job after job, but the process was unorganized. He and Patrick decided to break free and start up their own company.
Their first shop was a little place in Osseo, MN. They quickly outgrew the space and needed to expand, finding a home in a building near 610 in Maple Grove. Over the years more and more equipment and employees were needed to keep up with the busy workflow. In around 2012, they expanded into screen printing as well as still growing the embroidery side of the business.
Today we have several shifts in each of our departments to cover the growing demand for our service. We employ a number of Hispanic and Latino immigrants, all with varying skills. Our employees here at Rodriguez Embroidery all feel like family.
