SIZING AND LOCATIONS

Sizing: Typically sized between 2" and 4" wide or about 3" tall.

This is one of the more common placements.

Can be placed above a pocket or on a pocket.

This placement is centered on the garment between the left and right chest.

Sizing: This size can be the same as left chest or a little larger, but smaller than full front sizing.

Sizing: Max size we can print on sleeves is 3.5" wide and 16" tall.

Placement: On short sleeved garments the placement is just above the hem, about a half an inch. On long sleeved garments the placement is on the bicep area.

We can also print lengthwise down a sleeve by request.

Sizing: On Adult size garments, typical design sizes range from 8" to 12" wide or up to 10" to 12" tall. On Youth size garments, typical design sizes range from 6" to 10" or up to 8" to 10" tall. Some style garments will have limited space available for the design (sweatshirts with front pockets, etc.).

Placement: The design starts near the top of the shirt, between 1" and 3" from the hem.

We are not able to decorate full front placement on garments that have a front breast pocket, or a full length zipper.

Maximum width is 17" wide (some limitations apply).

Sizing: On Adult size garments, typical design sizes range from 8" to 12" wide. On Youth size garments, typical design sizes range from 6" to 10" wide.

Options: Full Back, Middle Back or Lower Back.

Placement: Full Back is placed over the shoulder blades near the top, Middle Back placement starts at the bottom of the sleeve openings, Lower Back placement is about 3" from the bottom hem.

On hooded garments the Full Back placement of the design a little lower to maintain the readability of the design while the hood is down.

Sizing: Typically sized 3-4" wide.

Placement: Placed just below the hem on the back.

Placement: Centered on the front pocket or pouch of a bag or backpack. This is the most common placement on bags.

Sizing: The size for this placement will vary depending on the available space on the bag. Typically the maximum size is 3.5" wide, but will vary by style.

Placement: Typically on duffle bags this position is centered on the top flap.

Sizing: Sizing can vary depending on the style of bag. Typical size is 3.5" wide.

Placement: This placement will vary by garment style but typical placement is up near the top of the leg, below the pocket.

On Shorts, the placement can be near the bottom hem or up by the pocket if the short is longer.

Sizing: Maximum print size is 3.5" wide and 16" tall.

Placement: On scarves this is the most common placement of a design. Placed a couple of inches away from either end of a scarf.

Sizing: Since the width of scarves can vary the size for this placement can range from 2" to 4" wide.

On small towels this is the standard placement. The print is centered with the longer width and also centered vertically.

Sizing: Print size will vary depending on the towel size. Typically up from 3" up to 12" wide.

Placed at an angle in the corner.

Placement: On Blankets this is the most common placement of a design.

Sizing: Typical size is 3" to 4" wide, however due to the large amount of space on a blanket we can make it much larger by request.

Placement: On waist aprons there are typically three pockets across the front.

Sizing: The size for this placement is determined by how large the pocket is and will vary by style. Typically the maximum size is 3.5" wide.

Placement: On full length aprons this is centered at the top of the apron.

Sizing: Based on the available space on the apron the size may be between 3" and 5" wide.

Inside pockets, straps or obstructions near a placement can inhibit decoration. Some styles may not be able to be decorated.

We are not currently able to print over the top of any zippers or seams.

Double layer fabric or garments with a liner may not be able to be decorated or will have limitations (single color ink printing only, may need to be clamped down, etc.)

Garments with safety striping can be decorated near the stripes, but not covering the stripes.

Extra thick items, roller bags, or coolers may not be able to be decorated due to the size limitations in our ink curing process.

Polypropylene materials have a chance of warping or melting in our ink curing process. We do not recommend printing on this type of fabric. Rodriguez Embroidery will not be responsible for any damages caused by heat if you choose to have us print on this material.
