Our typical turnaround time is 10 business days and does not include shipping transit time. Your order timeline starts when we have all of the information, garments and any required approvals to process your order. Our turnaround time is only an estimate, and will vary depending on our production workload and your order size. Orders with personalization or orders with multiple types of decoration (embroidery and screen printing) will increase the turnaround time. If you require your order sooner than our estimated time, rush services are available, please contact us for availability.
We will send you a confirmation that your order has been received, and we will have one of our team members start processing it. We may need to contact you for further instructions or to verify information if it is unclear. If everything is good to go your order will be processed and moved to our production line once all garments arrive. Otherwise, if artwork or digitizing is needed we will start that process and send any necessary proofs for your review.
We will digitize any designs needed and send you a sew out for approval. We will run a sew out from a provided embroidery file or on reorders upon request. Once approved your order will be processed and moved to our production line if all of your product has arrived.
After we receive all garments for your order it will be scheduled for production for the next available date. This time starts from the approval date or from when we receive all garments, whichever is later.
Please let us know in advance if you would like your order ran short if there are back order pieces.
The sooner you can approve your order the sooner it will be scheduled.
